This corner flip is an easy technique that will add a lot of interest to your layout. For this card I used one of my favorite stamp sets - Nature Trees. The base of the card is Cool Pool and I layered it with Rock Candy and Whip Cream card stock. The images are stamped in Cool Pool and Rock Candy ink and I added Journey Sparkle Dust on the tree. I embellished with Cool Pool Satin Ribbon and Tinsel Trim.
Check out my step by step instructions below for this fun and easy corner flip technique.

Cut your card stock in half so you have an 8.5" x 5.5" piece of card stock - like you are making a traditional sized card (5.5" x 4.25"). Place the card stock in your paper trimmer so the 8.5" edge is horizontal and against the top of the trimmer and measure to the 3" mark. Place your blade at the 2-1/2" mark and cut from there down to the 4-7/8" mark. Turn your card stock 90* clockwise and line the card stock up at the 3" mark again. Place your blade at the 3" mark and cut from that 3" mark up to the 5/8" mark. Just flip and fold your corner, add your layers and image and you're done!
