The lighthouse card uses oatmeal cookie card stock for the base, layered with dark roast card stock on top. I cut a layer from the Nautical Adventure Prints paper pack that resembled water for the bottom of the card and stamped the 'Happy Father's Day' sentiment from the Many Wishes stamp set in dark roast ink. I stamped the lighthouse from the Nautical Sketch stamp set, on a piece of buttercream card stock that had been cut and pierced using my journey rectangles dies, in dark roast ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder and my heat gun. I colored the image using reinkers, my blending brush and fusion blender. The layer behind the lighthouse image is sweet pear card stock, I popped both pieces up using journey foam squares. I embellished by adding journey glaze to the lighthouse windows, adding gold journey thread and a wooden star.
The ship's wheel card has a buttercream card stock base which I layered with denim days card stock that had been dry embossed using the Say It embossing folder. I stamped the Voyage Bound stamp in clear pigment ink and heat embossed with silver embossing powder and my heat gun. I cut it out with my Details Pro Shears and popped it up on a piece of buttercream card stock using journey foam squares. I layered the buttercream card stock onto a piece of river stone card stock and also popped that up with journey foam squares. I stamped the 'Happy Father's Day' sentiment from the Many Wishes stamp set in denim days ink on a hand cut banner on buttercream card stock layered onto river stone card stock. I embellished using journey silver twine and a metal button.
The boat card has a base of pool play card stock to which I layered a piece of oatmeal cookie card stock stamped with the canvas print background stamp using lovely blue ink. I added a strip of striped paper from the Nautical Adventure Prints paper pack and I stamped the 'Happy Father's Day' sentiment from the Many Wishes stamp set in denim days ink on a hand cut banner of buttercream card stock. The boat is from the Nautical Sketch stamp set and I stamped it in dark roast ink on buttercream card stock - I colored the image using reinkers, my blending brush and fusion blender and added journey glaze to the boat's windows. I layered the buttercream card stock onto a piece of denim days card stock and popped the whole piece up using journey foam squares. I embellished using natural journey twine and a wooden star.
