The Beach Soiree set was designed as a wedding stamp set, however, I liked it for everyday use. The only stamp that is specific to weddings is the large shell. So, I very carefully cut through the rubber and foam with my x-acto knife to remove the inside of the shell, that gave me two stamps instead of one and I can use the words and shell separately or together! For this card I used bright summery colors. The card base is citrus cooler card stock layered with watermelon fusion card stock and whip cream card stock. I cut a piece of blue lagoon card stock using the snapshot frames die and my journey platinum machine. I layered squares of blue lagoon, citrus cooler and whip cream card stock (which was embossed with the yummy dots embossing folder) on top of the snapshot frame. I stamped the sea life in clear pigment ink on blue lagoon, watermelon fusion and citrus cooler card stock and heat embossed using white embossing powder and my heat gun. Of course I purchased the entire Beach Soiree bundle so I was able to cut them out using my dies and journey platinum machine. I popped the pieces up using journey foam squares and embellished with watermelon fusion satin ribbon and celebration sequins.
